When you search our inventory you may see listings without photos. This Buick of Rochester prefers our inventory images to be of the exact vehicle, not a stock photo of the model, and at times, we need to catch up. All details listed will have been personally checked to make sure they apply to that exact vehicle. Our Certified Product Specialists are trained to answer your questions and also ask you the prompting questions to enable our specialists to best match you to the model which will fit your needs and desires, making sure your test drive is as useful and informative as possible, pointing out vehicle aspects not immediately apparent.

Love the Purchase

After your vehicle selection, comes the real work of different purchase and financing options, and the necessary paperwork of title transfer, licensing, and loan papers.  Our Team is committed to making this process as smooth for you as possible, providing you with a single point of contact for all your questions. Your new vehicle will be presented to you in pristine condition and we will guide you through procedures such as pairing your phone, audio presets, and how to best take advantage of the safety and driver assistance features.

Loving What You Drive

As you drive off in your new vehicle, our commitment stays with you. Beginning with our 7-day return policy. Whatever the reason, you can return the car within 7 days or 200 miles (300 miles for a pre-owned vehicle).  Our trained specialist will assist in locating another model to better suit your needs.  

For one year based upon the purchase date of your new or certified pre-owned vehicle, there will be no maintenance costs.  Your first oil changes, tire rotation, or filter replacements, are all on us.  Perhaps the biggest way for us to help you love what you drive is our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty.  When you purchase a new or Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Buick GMC of Rochester, we will go beyond the manufacturer warranty and cover repairs on the powertrain for as long as you own the vehicle and no matter how high the mileage. The warranty covers the engine, and transmission as well as drivetrain components such as the differential, driveshaft, axles, and CV joints.  In addition, when your vehicle requires service, a free shuttle service is provided to take you home, to work, or to any designated location within ten miles of our Buick GMC of Rochester showroom.
